Poggio Lontano Brunello = Don't Bother

I wrote about this in an earlier blog post. However, 95 percent of the traffic to this nominally law school-related blog is folks wondering if this normally expensive wine is a bargain.

It isn't. It's weak and watery, even a decanting won't save it if you're looking for the largesse of a true Brunello. If you're going to shell out $20 on a bottle of wine, get something else. I've had better $8 dollar wines than this one. On the upside, it's still tastier than Charles Shaw party killer wine.
