I have always loved Thursday more than any other in the week. Monday is forgetful and Tuesday reaps the fuckups of things forgotten for Monday. Wednesday is hump day, a chore for most, getting luck for only a few. But things go right on Thursdays. The trauma from the early part of the week has been rectified and life's goodies can finally be savored. By Friday I'm worn down, and on Saturday and Sunday, I'm already lonely for the people I spend the week with. Clearly Thursday, Thorsday, is king of the week.
I wanted to blog my love of Thursdays, but I just couldn't. I was sitting on a secret. I had already seen the libretto for the musical "Emily Engaged." How could I celebrate the quotidian minutia of daily life, knowing that today wasn't just any day?
It was a good day for me too. I had lunch with a friend and we had a lovely catch-up. Flirty McFlirterston was his normal hot self during my first class. Professor Tax brought goodies, and I got to have drinkies with some lovely people on my way home from school. And at 9:30 I finally gave in and called Pantalones. Yay. Really, a good day.

Aw, thank you!
Thursday is, indeed, a great day. It was for me, anyhow. :D
And thank you so much for being Hulk's co-conspirator. I couldn't have asked for a better person to keep his secret or to give advice on the ring. WHICH I LOVE LOVE LOVE.
I always liked Thursday the best, too.
Sometimes Friday can be a letdown. :(
