On Saturday I got to hang out with my former roommate and her lovely beau, and our friend the Irish Pilot as they happened to all converge on my city the day after my exam. I am so hopelessly, hopelessly, intoxicatedly in love with my awesome and beautiful friends. The former roommate is a hottie no matter what the conditions, she'd be a hottie even with a mohawk. Her vivaciousness and good and gentle spirit with a hint of naughty always shines through. Her beau is lovely in a dryly witty manner that reeks of comic books and Chuck Taylor Converse, he has a booming laugh that shakes you up in a good way. The Irish Pilot is considerate past all normal levels of decency and so kind he'll give you the clothes off his backside. If you're a girl out on your bachelorette night, his boxers are yours.
We went to the aquarium and looked at the great white shark and ogled the jellies. Afterwards we went to the Bestest Thai restaurant ever, and then we walked about and had drinks and views and I discovered that I knew of a bar that the Pilot didn't, an amazing feat.
I wish I could drunk dial these three, or perhaps clone them so they could never leave, again. Sniff.
I love you guys.
Next time, don't leave.
Sniff.

I am so, so, so jealous.
But I love you too EEK, and feel exactly the same way after you leave.
Awwww...what a wonderful post! You made me cry!
I felt the same way. It was the best part of the trip, to spend the day with you guys.
*hugs* and *arsegrabs*
*squish*
I am jealous of all you lousy rats. I wish I coulda been there.
well, when you are here next I don't know that anyone else will be in the hood, but I promise a good time will be had!
Fucking Matt fucked off to somewhere else already but we will have a grand old time in June if you're in town!
Which Matt are we talking about here?
I'd imagine the one on whose behalf you just visited.
Ah, yes.
That's what I thought.
Yeah, unfortunately, the siren call of DC and two years somewhere unknown was too much for the SOB and he took off on Sunday.
I have a feeling he will be back in SF for visits, though, as his particularly significant other will still be in town.
