Campus Exploration

I love college campuses. They are such delectable little nibbles of greenery and inoffensive architecture. College students always manage to look carefreee, even if it's 9:30 and it's so foggy gray you'd think the sky had fallen. I spent the morning figuring out how long it would take to get to school, what the best route might be, and where everything on campus is located. I now know where admissions, the registrar, and all of my professor's offices are. I've found the library, the SBA office, the law student lounge and the ladies bathrooms. I meandered through and through the rec senter until I was certain that I wouldn't get lost. They have a gigantic swimming pool, but that is the nicest feature. The weightroom was a sweaty basement filled with sweaty men. I am not going to like that. I'm a bit grumped that you must pay for locker rental as well. My tuition is not cheap boysengurrls.

I felt a little flutter in my heart when I discovered a folder with my name on it down in the law student lounge. Awww. This is really real! Yeah it is. I went to the bookstore and priced books. They'll be $3oo if I buy all used at the bookstore. They'll be $2XX.something if I buy them online. Still, I need to figure the shipping cost. That could be a killing factor even considering sales tax.

Still on the shopping list: laptop backpack, laptop lock, XP Pro upgrade... ugh, costs piling up!
