Who are these bands?

Whoever these bands are, all the cool kids seem to be listening to them. Me? I've not heard of any of them.

I don't think they are. I wouldn't worry about missing anyone on that list, except Feist. Her stuff is pretty and sad (always a winning combo) and she puts on a cool show.

Bowling for Soup did "1985" back about 3 years ago - I haven't heard anything from them since. Plain White T's and Cute Is What We Aim For are bands my kids listen to. The rest, I don't think I've heard of.

I haven't heard of most of them. Fergie was a Black Eyed Pea and has done a couple of annoying songs "my humps" and "london bridge" are the two I know. Josh Groban I think is one of them moody emo boy singer-songwriters. And I think Carrie Underwood is a country singer that competed on American Idol.
