Ahh the collective noun. Whether its a congress of ravens, or the less imaginative pride of lions, there seems to be no collection noun for houseguests. A blessing? A charm, an infusion? an intrusion? a siege?
I'm going with blessing. Coffee is on the counter, futon is stretched out across the livingroom, attendent green guest linens carpeting the floor. Last night was margaritas, this morning we slept til noon. We're gonna spend time cooking and doing schoolwork, but so far it's been non-stop gossip. We haven't even paused for breakfast or showers... blah blah blah.
I think we're going to have to brave the rain and hit the grocery store pretty soon though...
