Tired of making mistakes

Yesterday I made the mistake of forgetting how small a world I inhabit, and loosely let slip some names and activities in a semi-public forum. Oh, the extreme embarassement at being called out on that. My companions were correct in gently admonishing me. But *I KNOW BETTER*. Och, the shame.
