My capacity for food and sleep has returned.
It's 11:30, I'm seriously thinking about bed.
I had dinner this evening AND lunch earlier in the day. I don't remember the last time I managed that, might have been sometime in March. Generally, this is all for the good, although I fear that what fueled my moot court success was the anxiety that kept me up all night and uninterested in food.
Can I successfully prepare for exams if I go to bed at 11:30?
