At the roommate's school it's called Written and Oral Advocacy, which they call wo-ah, we just call it moot court.
I have a thrilling topic in the realm of civil procedure, good thing as that remains my favorite subject. We get our cases in 30 minutes. Good Afternoon Ms. Chief Justice, may it please the court I'm Quasi in Rem, counsel for the Respondent. We will have one week to write our Briefs. Outlines are due on Wednesday, rough drafts on Friday and the final graded result to be turned in on Tuesday morning. After that it's practice, video taping and then head to head over Tax Weekend.
Gentlemen, start your engines.
