This semester takes more brains, no question about it. Property eats lots of brains, esp. right now while I deal with fiefdoms and simpletons and tails on the donkey. I have a class called Criminal Procedure which really should be called See The Supreme Court Whittle Away your Constitutional Freedoms.
Newest bit learned today: if the arresting officer is really looking for drugs but he sees you pull an illegal u-turn, the traffic stop is enough to get you into the serious shit.
Lesson: if you want to be a drug dealer keep your car in tip-top shape, and never ever, pull an illegal u-turn, turn without signalling, or exceed the speed limit.
