my eating habits of late have been HORRIBLE. Law students don't really cook, they defrost or reheat. Of late too much of my diet has been coffee and snacks, and not particularly good for you snacks.
In light of that, I blew off a torts review session this morning and cooked. I squeezed tangerines for juice, I made a from scratch spinach sauce and then simmed meatballs in it to go over rice, and I sauted zucchini and bell peppers and dressed them with parsley and olive oil. This food is food, and I feel much better already. Off to take a practice exam.
